The Domestic Building Act of 1995 requires registration with the Building Practitioners Board for Domestic Building works over $5,000. Any works $16,000 and over require a Home Warranty Insurance Certificate. Our (DB-L) Licence is available upon request and please feel free to contact the Building Practitioners Board to confirm our registration.
